Boosted immunity
I trust this brand completely. My family is recovering well from covid with this product, which I find great for immunity. The small capsules are easy to take; adults can take the full dose, while children can take half. The retinol palmitate from fish liver replenishes vitamin A deficiency and regulates tissue metabolism. It’s best taken with food and is undoubtedly beneficial during the autumn-winter virus season.

Acne treatment
I bought this to tackle sudden acne flare-ups. Despite an initial overdosing attempt to finish it quickly, I realised vitamin A should be complemented with milk thistle to avoid side effects linked to liver disease. Vitamin A is vital for skin health, regulating epithelial tissue, and its antioxidant properties help in reducing free radicals, thus supporting skin beauty and combatting pigmentation and wrinkles.

Avoid high doses
I do not recommend high doses. If you’re not deficient in vitamin A, side effects can be severe, including skin exfoliation and liver disease, even with just a few tablets. The smaller the body, the more problematic the liver function becomes. I would prefer taking beta-carotene instead.
